At Jim Maloof / Realtor®, we recognize there are many reasons to offer rental assistance in today's market. Corporations are relocating employees for training purposes, for short-term assignments and first-time jobs. You may have a house to sell or just want time to find the right home. That is why we offer a comprehensive Rental Assistance Program and Property Management services along with a listing of apartments, duplexes, town homes and single-family homes available for rent.

To schedule an appointment, please email (misaak@maloofrealty.com) or call (309-690-4261) between 9am to 4pm (central time), Monday through Friday. A 24-hour notice is required for showings. Properties listed are privately owned, and are not owned by Jim Maloof / Realtor®. These properties are not a part of the Section 8 program.

To assist newcomers to the Peoria area, the Rental Assistance Program offers the following services:

Domestic Program

• Assist in leasing negotiations
• Assist in rental furniture coordination
• Provide utility information as needed
• Mini tour of the Peoria area
• Welcome Center packet with literature on local area information
• Rental tour with Agent

International Program (Featuring tour agents that speak multiple languages!)

• Assist in leasing negotiations
• Welcome Center packet with literature on local area information
• Assist with insurance, driving and mobile phones
• Rental tour with Agent
• Tour of the area
• Complete initial property inspection
• Prepare home prior to occupancy
• Assist with utilities
• Provide initial grocery supply
• Order and coordinate furniture rental, as needed
• Lease renewal service, as needed
• Exit (departure) assistance

Rental Prestige Program

The Prestige Rental program is a finding service for owners to access potential tenants through Corporate Relocations and the general public.

If anyone is introduced to the property by Jim Maloof/Realtor®, or the owner(s) leases the property from a referral of Jim Maloof/Realtor®, the owner(s) agree to pay a referral fee equivalent to one half month's rent.

A one-time registration fee of $100 is required. If the property is rented by a tenant referred by Jim Maloof/Realtor®, the registration fee will be deducted from the referral fee amount. If the owner finds a tenant on their own, the registration fee is non refundable.

For an additional $50, the property can also be listed on an independent website- www.rentals.com as contracted by Jim Maloof/Realtor® for at least 30 days.

The Prestige Rental Program offers the following services:

• A company-wide email notification (225+ agents, office staff, and managers)
• Advertisement on www.maloofrealty.com
• Provide information & answer questions regarding the property
• Coordinate & schedule showings appointments to prospective tenants
• Inform the owner of an offer to lease the property
• Provide feedback that could prohibit the leasing of the property
• Inform the owner of any maintenance issue with the property during showings
