Jim Maloof/Realtor® manages the Caterpillar temporary apartments. These apartments are provided by Caterpillar for their employees needing temporary accommodations during their relocation process or for home or medical leave.

The apartments are 2 & 3 bedrooms with approximately 1200 square feet of living space. All apartments are in the Dunlap School District. The apartments do not allow pets and are smoke free. The cost is $79 a day. The rate includes washer/dryer, all furniture, linens, house wares, utilities, basic phone, cable TV, broadband internet and garage parking. The tenant is responsible for the long distance calls. No deposit is required.
